Welcome to our #FreeFood Referral Program!

We’re excited to reward you for sharing the love and introducing others to our delicious offerings. Please read these terms and conditions carefully to ensure you fully understand how the program works. 

Eligibility
The #FreeFood Referral Program is open to new customers who have signed up for our service and received a welcome email. Existing customers who have already signed up are eligible to participate by referring new customers.

How It Works

Once you sign up, you will receive a unique #FreeFood referral code via email within 7 days of registering.

You can share this code with friends, family, or anyone you think would enjoy our service.

For every new customer who uses your referral code to sign up, you will earn £5 in food credit on your account.

Your referred friend will receive 10% off their first box when they use your referral code.

There is no limit to how many times you can share your code and earn rewards. The more you share, the more credits you can earn!

Redemption of Food Credit

The £5 food credit will be applied to your account after the referred customer’s first box is processed and payment is confirmed.

Food credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Food credits must be used within 12 months of being credited to your account, or they will expire.

Referral Code Usage

The referral code is intended for personal use only and should not be shared in a way that could be considered spam (e.g., posting on public websites or forums).

Referral codes are only valid for new customers who have not previously signed up for our service.

Referral codes are only valid when referee’s sign up for a’ Small Box’, ‘Medium Box’ and ‘Large Box’ subscriptions. It is also valid for ‘build your own box’ subscriptions over £20 per week. 

We reserve the right to monitor referral code usage and disqualify accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity.

Eligibility of Referrals

Referrals are valid only when the new customer completes the sign-up process and pays for their first box.

Referrals must be made via the unique referral code provided. Sharing the referral link is the only acceptable method for tracking referrals.

Termination or Modification

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the #FreeFood Referral Program at any time, without notice. Any changes to the program will not affect credits already earned.

We may also remove or disqualify participants who are found to be in violation of the terms and conditions, or who engage in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

Privacy

By participating in the #FreeFood Referral Program, you agree to our privacy policy, which outlines how your personal data will be used. Personal information shared during the referral process will be handled securely and in accordance with relevant data protection laws.



General Terms

This referral program is void where prohibited by law.

We are not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may prevent the referral process from working correctly, such as system errors or connectivity issues.

The terms and conditions of this program are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
