FAQs - Delivery

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all Bristol postcodes (BS1-BS16) and selected areas of North Somerset. Just pop your postcode into our checkout to confirm we deliver to you!

When do you deliver?

We currently deliver on Mondays and Thursdays. During checkout, you'll be able to choose an available delivery day for your area or arrange to collect from store. 39 Picton Street, Montpleier Bristol BS6 5PZ.  We deliver between 9am and 7pm on your chosen day.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Nope! Just let us know your safe place in the delivery instructions (like "behind the blue bin" or "in the porch"), and we'll pop it there.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You can make changes to your order up until 48 hours before your delivery day. Just log into your account or give us a ring on 07927278867

What's in a typical box?

Each week is a little different (that's the joy of seasonal eating!), but you'll always get a good mix of staples and seasonal specialties. We post the next week's contents on your profile every Wednesday.

Can I customise my box?

Absolutely! Once you've chosen your box size, you can choose 'Exclusions'. You can message us to let us know what you would like to swap of similar value for your exclusion.  You, add extras like eggs, local bread, or additional veg. You can also pick a fully customisable Box.

What if I don't recognise something in my box?

Adventure time! Go to our recipe suggestions page for any unusual items. Plus, we're always happy to give cooking advice - just ask!

How fresh is the produce?

Many items come from our Farm between Bristol and Bath, assuring the freshest possible produce. All items from organic wholesalers abroad such as Pineapples are always picked from the closes possible destination each week. We also store everything properly and keep many perishable items refrigerated overnight to ensure maximum freshness.
